All invoices should be paid in full by the due date mentioned. Partnertrail reserves the right to change the pricing for the services at any point in time. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in a suspension of services until payment is received.
   
   
8. Limitation of Liability
   
   In no event shall Partnertrail be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, including loss of revenue or income, pain and suffering, emotional distress, or similar damages, even if Partnertrail has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law
    
    This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
