    All consultations and appointments will be pre-arranged by mutual agreement. Partnertrail uses email to schedule appointments and will provide the necessary consultation by either email, telephone, video-call, or face-to-face meetings.

  7. Payment

    Payments for our consulting services can be made through all major credit and debit cards or by invoice. If payment is made by invoice, payment terms will be designated on the invoice. All invoices should be paid in full by the due date mentioned. Partnertrail reserves the right to change the pricing for the services at any point in time. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in a suspension of services until payment is received.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall Partnertrail be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, including loss of revenue or income, pain and suffering, emotional distress, or similar damages, even if Partnertrail has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  9. Changes to this Agreement

    We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.

  10. Governing Law

    This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
